Car Hire Rate

R600 per day – Unlimited Kms

There is full cover insurance with an excess of R3,500 in the event of an accident, loss or damage covered by an insurance claim.

Please ask us about availability when making your accommodation booking, particularly if you would like to use the vehicle for most or all of your stay.

The vehicle is a white automatic Nissan Almera sedan 1600cc offering:

Where May the Vehicle Be Used?

The vehicle is intended for local travel within Cape Town and the surrounding area. 

It is suitable for trips to places such as:

• Cape Town city centre
• The Atlantic Seaboard
• False Bay and the southern suburbs
• Cape Point and the Cape Peninsula
• Stellenbosch and nearby Winelands areas
• Local beaches, shops, restaurants and attractions

The vehicle may not be used for long-distance travel outside the approved area. For example, it may not be driven from Cape Town to Johannesburg or used for extended cross-country journeys. Pick up in Cape Town, Drop off in Cape Town.

Please discuss any planned trips outside the greater Cape Town area with Dave before booking the vehicle.

Because the vehicle is available directly through Plotsklaps, you can arrange your accommodation and local transport together. It is particularly useful for guests who want the freedom to explore independently without relying entirely on taxis, ride-hailing services or organised tours.

Use of the vehicle is subject to availability, proof of a valid driver’s licence and acceptance of the vehicle hire terms and conditions.

The vehicle must be used responsibly and remain within the approved Cape Town travel area. The driver is responsible for fuel, traffic fines, parking charges and any costs that are not covered by the vehicle’s insurance.

Additional terms may apply depending on the length of the rental and the planned use of the vehicle.
